Just be sure to still credit me for the original design and the artwork, etc.·.✧.· Use the artwork or design noncommercially (Icons, banners, etc. If you don't understand what un-commercially means, please research it).You MAY NOT:·.✧.· Sell my artwork in any way or use it commercially (Stickers, shirts, sold comics, etc.) unless you paid commercial fees.·.✧.· Claim my work as your own or trace my art.·.✧.· Use my artwork as an NFT. My artwork should NEVER ever be used as an NFT, regardless of whether you've commissioned it or not.·.✧.· Use it in hateful and/or offensive scenarios.

| Personal use | You can use it anywhere as long as you're not selling it to gain profit. |
| Commercial use | If you put it on merch, prints, etc and sell it you need a commercial license. The fee is >> 3x base price << ON TOP of the base price. |
| Payment | Due to various scammers and ghostings, I only take payment upfront. I hope you understand. And with that, I will only start working on your request after the payment is finished processing.All my prices are un USD. |
| Confidentiality | Because of the PayPal system, we may see each other's real names and/or emails. These things will be kept confidential by both parties (me and the client). You are not allowed to leak my personal details publicly. |
| Free art | Any giveaways or free art I make in general is NOT for commericial purpose (unless you pay the commercial fees on the side). |
| Updates | You may ask for updates whenever (as long as you don't spam me about it)! Otherwise, I'll send you updates as I progress on your commission, and I'll have my Trello updated at all times. You can ask for any. |
| Payment plans | I only accept payment plans for anything above $500 (unless discussed otherwise). If you're requesting a payment plan, we must discuss a set payment and time period first. |
| Delivery times | Delivery times may highly depend on the back and fort communication, your response times, commission type, time zones, revisions, my own well being. I can provide a rough estimate prior to the order being placed if asked. |
| Revisions | I don't ask for extra money on the revisions. I do 2-3 for free if they're small. But keep in mind I can't scrape everything and redo it for free. It's your responsibility to provide me with all the details you need me to use to work on your commisison. For example if you need me to make you a fox PNG tuber, and I make it a classic fox and after that you come and tell me "actually it's an arctic fox with green tail", that's on you for not providing all the details. |
